One of the ceremonies that takes place in different parts of Iraq, India and parts of Iran during the days of Muharram is the ritual of the burning tent. This ceremony recounts the attack of Yazid and his army on the tents of Imam Hussein and his companions, as well as the oppression that was inflicted on his survivors after the Imam.
The beginning of this ceremony goes back to the beginning of the Al Boyeh Shiite government in Iraq.

The mourning of Muharram especially on the epic day of Ashura has been impacted by many local cultures in the areas where it is commommerated .Elegies, Noha,Marsia, parades, visual effects and also plays highlight the events as they took place on the 10th of Moharram.. You can draw your own conclusions , it does not matter.
