43:38 to think I was stopping right there at RIU Hotel in Feb 2020 a few weeks before lockdown, when things were still normal. These were the best and happiest days and holidays of my life. I hope I can return one day. I loved NYC so much.

Awesome and productive 8th Avenue Manhattan walk!! 👏 👏 Love the variety of shops there. A lot of styles throughout the walk of architecture and fashion. I should do an 8th Avenue 🚶♂️ walk myself too 🙂 👍

Yassss. NY streets are starting to look alive again. It is up to 8.8 million people in the last census. I think it will reach over 9 million by 2030.

Ken has some unusual phobias. I've trod on sidewalk grates all my life and never felt one give way. Also, I've never felt threatened by dogs barking while fenced into their owners' yards.

I don't know if you already recorded a walk on Vanderbilt Avenue, Manhattan. I searched through your KZbin channel and I can't find any. I would be wrong though. I know it's just a small street but you can compare it with the other 2 Vanderbilt Avenues in Brooklyn and Staten Island... that would be a nice content - comparing avenues with same name from different boroughs 😅

It's like you ve been walking around a multi-tiered city and telling about the view on one of the tiers. The city authorities should solve the problem of parking personal vehicles so that cars do not occupy the streets. There must be passes for drivers to certain parts of the city. Many people can use scooters to move around the business district instead of cars, as you did in Las Vegas.
