I Love the Journey especially in the rain so relaxing.I live in Florida but us to go to the City when I was 12 through 19 y.o. In the 80's Manhattan, Greenwich Village, and Queens. I Love seeing the Green trees and Waterfront with the Bricks. Such a delight!

12:40 Question for non-New Yorkers and the international crowd - anybody else think it’s crazy to live in a row apartment RIGHT outside an “el”? (elevated railway.) It was more common in the past. Fun fact - the famous movie “12 Angry Men” speaks of an apartment in New York City just like these - closer even - “so close it seems you can reach out the window and touch the train.”

5:40 Correct about the area being industrial in the past. I worked in the totally-unfashionable LIC all through the 90's. Lots of clothing manufacturing. People scoffed when the Citibank building went up. It was even nuttier to spend a whopping $250K on a condo in the Avalon Riverview, despite the view. Who's laughing now?

Most of the time I film in Auto mode, Auto Low-Light off, and Protune off like here. If the sky is really gray I’ll bump the Exposure compensation on Protune to +.5 or +1.0
