@@kimsanghee8547 its not about 'new' rules, its more about culture In Afghanistan & parts of tribal areas in Pakistan it is very very common to have male majority in markets because of traditions 1. Females are mostly house wives & are completely dependent on husband for every chores outside house. They also observe pardah ( Don't come across males without a reason). They prefer to stay at home n not work 2. This china market is a wholesale market where mostly men buy material for their shops 3. Women visit shops where women's clothing & accessories are available that side is separate from male market. There you can easily find women shopping with their families. But thats not covered in the video.
