In Germany, Berlin, you can as well walk on top of the parliament / parliamentarian ..inside the dome of our 'Reichstag Building". Very nice, more modern look, your Upside Down version.😎Thanks for sharing.

Tours are offered, but if you force your way in through a window it might cost you a few years.

On Capitol Hill, outside the building, yes. Inside the building is only accessible (to most) from the Capitol Visitors' Center. From there, guided tours are offered through the building, but security is pretty strict if you veer away. Of course, you might be referencing the one night ~2 years ago where people were all over the place in the Capitol, but... they weren't supposed to be there.

@@McTroyd Of course they were supposed to be there, they opened the gates and doors for them. And the horn guy got a personal guided tour by the police, even unlokcing locked doors for him. So nice!
