McCarthy's Taxis was located inside the station. Sleepy Hollow was first name North Tarrytown! I was born at the Phelps Memorial Hospital! Half of it was in Sleepy Hollow the other half was in Briarcliff Manor.

Thx for going the extra mile with the re-upload...a true perfectionist. Such a pleasant hilly village on the Hudson River, home to Pierson Park with spectacular views of the Andrew Cuomo Bridge and it's endless Blue pedestrian/bike lane, hehe. No small feat climbing the hills of Tarrytown on a sweltering day to introduce us to this village. Much appreciated. Interesting factoid that Tarrytown's N. Broadway extends all the way to Manhattan's Battery Park. Hope you get to Sleepy Hollow some day and capture the ghost of the Headless Horseman...maybe Halloween??

Hello everyone! I'm from Moscow, but I am interested in USA cities and USA public transport, because there are my two hobbies - urbanism and public transport. As I know New York have many types of public transport, and one of this type is dollar vans. Can you tell me about it? How are they popular? Have you ever ridden in this type of transport? Is it safe? I have read several articles about it and some of these vans are completely illigal, but others have a special license and theoretically safer than illigal ones. Is it possible to make a video of using dollar van? Also I want to know about New Jersey city dollar vans! Is it true, that dollar vans in New Jersey have similar routes as a NJTransit buses?
