When you only have 2 or 3 pairs - they become very important! 😂 The apartment was lovely - not the usual pilgrim accommodation but it was so nice having that space with a couple of other pilgrim friends!

Hi! I’m so glad you are enjoying the videos. I’m working on the next one. Sorry I am not 100% sure where it was. There was a possible alternate route after atapuerca and I remember taking the left along with most other pilgrims. We followed a road which led to a village and this was the first cafe we came to on the left. The village may have been Cardinuela Riopico but I’m unsure. it was definitely the first cafe we came to though after atapuerca! It’s very exciting that you have a Camino planned for next year! Buen Camino!
