/ loisdavidsonart www.etsy.com/uk/shop/OwlsAndF... Unfortunately I didn't get much time for filming last week, so today I'm using up the old paint on my palette again before cleaning it, to paint this simple beach landscape scene using the soft, pastel colours produced by mixing it all up. I was interested to see what colours would result in mixing up different ones than those a usually use.
I had some prussian blue, alizarin crimson and a dab or two of raw and burnt sienna and paynes grey left over from a Patreon tutorial, so I used these to create my washes before cleaning my palette. Hopefully I can make time to get back to something a bit more ambitious and interesting next week!
My board is at an angle of about 45 degrees tilt. Why not try something similar with neutrals mixed from your palette?
Thanks for watching, and happy painting!
