A calm rainy day drive and walk on the land, showing you different areas of the forest and some big trees. As much as I love working outdoors, I also love to take time to just be in the woods enjoying the sights, sounds and smells of nature.

My maple syrup hobby is a lot of fun. With my busy schedule I have time for about 15 taps. I use a Star Cat. About $1000 and boils at 8 gallons an hour. I end up making about 3 gallons of syrup a year. Easily enough for family use and to give away a little to friends and family.
