Palma is wonderful but next time, you have to go to Menorca. That is a piece of paradise on earth. Yes garlic sauce is our signature in many seafood dishes. That creme brulee looks so weird. Sorry, guys. It is sad that you didn't have a good one. That makes me sad, and no, it shouldn't have apples at all. Las Ramblas is a nice tourist area, I wish you would have eaten in Boqueria.
