Good morning, Jose! Isn't Guadalajara 24 hours away from Merida? You said you lived in Merida, right? 🤔🤔🤔
@JoseArteagaTravels3 ай бұрын
That is correct! Merida to Guadalajara is a 24 hour trip while driving. I have been living in Merida for over 6 years but we travel when we can to other parts of the country.

Hi Jose, my vecino is looking to buy real estate near Merida as an investment. Do you have a video on investing in Merida? Have you heard anything on the potential effects the judicial reforms will have on investments in Mexico? Since the reforms were voted in favor in the Camara and Senado the peso has taken a hit.

I actually have a whole playlist on Real Estate information here is a link kzbin.info/aero/PLba73fMQ0PMgZhWiSwZXEsZn5hTGi-W6p But I am not an Investment expert nor do I have any advice except do your Homework. For actual information on Mexican Real Estate and investments it is best to speak to Jose Novelo directly.

WOW that city is so modern and beautiful. Being told a lot of Mexico has become modern with words, and seeing it with your own eyes is so different. But ..... sadly, Mexican food sure keeps Mexican food quite fat, it's around 50%. They sure don't use a Keto or Carnivore diet 🤣🤣🤣
@maximolacerante88083 ай бұрын
right, because of course american food like hot dogs and hamburgers are totally lean and healthy 😂
@ThereIsAlwaysaWay23 ай бұрын
@@maximolacerante8808 At least, US food taste bad, so it helps a little. Mexican food is like eating paradise. I eat Keto and lost 100 pounds, when I'm in Mexico walking near a restaurant, I have to change sidewalk to avoid being brought in the restaurant "by force" from the fantastic smell alone. Food so good is a crime against humanity 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Actually there is a huge misconception about Mexico and how healthy people are. You can see from most of my walks in Guadalajara everyone for the most part is fit and healthy. But in certain areas like where I live in Merida Yucatan there are many unhealthy and over weight people but still not as many as you would see in just about ANY CITY in the USA. In fact here in Mexico in areas like the Yucatan or in Chiapas where Coca-Cola has taken over the watter supply what has really caused so many Mexicans to gain weight in the last 20 years or so has been the over consumption of junk food but mainly CocaCola. EVERYONE Drinks it across the country. In my opinion that is the main culprit here in Mexico. But even with that said, it is no where near as big of a problem as it is in the USA. Basically rule of thumb is that the poorer a community is the more likely they are to be unhealthy. Even if they have a healthy natural diet, that CocaCola and bag of Doritos will make you nice and fat eventually. Thanks for sharing! Also P.S they also eat Hamburgers and HotDogs out here 😅

@@ThereIsAlwaysaWay2 try tacos al vapor, like the name suggest, they’re steamed and are low fat. oh, you can always have a caesar salad, that’s technically a mexican dish since it was invented in tijuana by an italianmexican immigrant.

@@JoseArteagaTravels I 100% believe you PLUS Big Food + Big Pharma are own by the same shareholders, they make you sick with food and then "heal you" with medications for life. Sorry about coka cola tacking over. 😥
