I went on my first solo holiday for my 50th birthday last year (Black British female).It was the greatest experience that I didn't know I needed. My whole attitude to myself changed and I can conquer any fear. I went away with a friend in May, she wanted to experience a semi solo holiday to see if she could do it alone. We spent time together and apart, she enjoyed the experience and has booked her first solo holiday for December. I am going away again in November (solo). I would recommend it. Us older women are travelling ⛱️😁

I've traveled cities is Spain, Madrid, Barcelona, Cordova and Pamplona (running of the bulls). It was about 6 of us in the group and we got the worse stairs. 😳 They were definitely shocked to see black Americans just walking the streets.
