Native people only isn't true atleast not for Rathayatra. There are hundreds of thousands people from across the country and many thousands of people from abroad too just to attend the ceremony. So during Ratha Yatra atleast the "natives" of Puri or even neighbouring regions are a minority of the crowd nowadays for sure.

But I only believe in the principles of all religions, not the rituals and worship of Idols, statues etc. I do my own duty according to my principles. And I believe spending so much money to build temples, churches, and all religion related rituals is money that could be used to help people that actually exist. And I understand many people really do need to believe in their Gods, as it works as a means of mental support for them. But spending too much time worshipping Gods instead of actually helping people is rather unproductive. That's all my personal opinion.

I would like to ask some questions, it seems that you have got married, the expenditure would have been in lakhs if you had done court marriage you would have helped others with the remaining money. you can lived small house and buy simple car Then You can helped others people from remaining money. These days phones are good in 10-12 thousand, but if you have a phone of 25 thousand+ if you buy Less price phone then you could have helped others with the remaining money. There are many expenses that you can reduce, so maybe others will benefit from the remaining money. And yes, what percentage of your income do you donate? I am saying all this because you care about others. The first thing is to help others beyond the limit, to make them lazy. Second, helping others is just giving knowledge as you are doing. People have their own money, whatever they do with their money, if I want to help others, then I will. Then it doesn't matter how much your salary is.
