Walking With A Ruck Vest - It's OK To Be Different

Hi friends, in this video I'm taking my usual daily walk in downtown Lowell, but this time wearing a weighted vest! This style of walking is called "ruck walking" and another way to burn some extra calories and strengthen my legs a bit. It's OK to look different and try new things. As long as you stay true to yourself, that's all that matters. Keep on keeping friends, you do you!
