I think this is a climbing elevator. Benobve has filmed climbing elevators before. This could be the first climbing elevator in the United States.

Also known as a climbing elevator? If so, first one in the United States for passenger use? What is the spinning thing on a post on top of the cab, in a back corner? Does this elevator run well, or shake alot?
