Having watched Tim and Gaby's video on Walk with me Tim Extra I can now clearly see at Tim's waist level standing a little way behind Tim a young girl, she is wearing what I would describe as a typical Victorian/Edwardian Hat Wide Brimmed Straw Hat with a ribbon around it, you can clear see her shoulders and I think the start of her dress or smock, this is so interesting, no wonder Tim slept with his lights on, Super

I used to do tours of a historic house & one day felt a huge pressure in one of the old rooms as though there were about 100 more people than could be seen in the room & a young girl on the tour fainted. I also felt my hand being held by an invisible hand when walking down the main staircase from one of the rooms which was known to be haunted.

Went to Craig y nos with my daughter on a ghost Hunt. Absolutely loved it. Our bathroom was lovely. I'm spooked at everything, so I asked a member of staff why there were scratch marks on our door.....it was an animal friendly room and a dog had done it. Phew. 😄👻 Loving this channel. 👍 We all got to take photos in the derelict rooms...and at the window, we all caught what looked like a small pale faced child, in a flat cap. Very strange.

I just re-watched this video. I saw something that I cannot explain. I have scanned the comments because I didn't want to bring up something someone else has already saw, but at around 17:47-17:51 just as you are walking out of the bathroom, you turn off the light and walk out backwards. Where the bathtub is there is a small hand that reaches out of the tub and reaches towards the door, and then you turn around. So I don't know, but it gives me the chills. I have watched it over and over and it is still there every time. I cannot explain it. You showed us the whole bathroom and there is nothing else in there. I am assuming it is a small hand, I am not sure though. Thank you for the spooky video. *Oh and watch it slow, because it happens quickly as you are about to turn around.

My mum's father and brother were both in a sanitorium for tuberculosis in the 50s when she was a kid, back in Canada (I now live in England.) They were each there for nine months, but both survived. It left my grandmother with just her and six other children on the farm trying to make do for nine months on their own. Even when my grandfather got back, he couldn't work for quite some time. I know a lot of people in the sanatorium with them never made it out. It was really creepy to me to see the old wards and the photo of the balconies for fresh air, knowing they had been in a similar place, watching others wither away and die. Having said that, I would still love to stay there. It's beautiful!

Hello Tim, I have lived in several haunted houses. If you really want to stay in a haunted place go to the Red Lion in Cosham, Portsmouth. On no account let them give you a room at the end of the corridoor on the top floor, the ghost there attacked & injured me! If you take a room on the middle floor about half way along the corridoor on the right you will find that your toiletries repeatedly fly off the bathroom shelf, no matter how carefully you place them, though the shelf is very firmly attached to the wall & completely steady & is not at all affected by slamming doors. You may also hear footsteps in the corridoor at night & soft knocking on the door. I would not open the door, just in case. It seems to be safe to stay in those rooms. I stayed there when visiting an elderly relative & not having my own transport I was obliged to stay there several times. If you stay closer to the staff flat, there does not seem to be any haunting there.

Take a couple of friends with you. It was only when I stayed at the end, on the top floor that I was attacked. After that I took the precaution of not staying on that floor, or at that end of the building again & asking for the phone number of the staff flat in case I needed assistance in the night. There was a palpable feeling of intense anger at that end of the corridoor. The feeling of not being wanted there. The staff do not tell you anything but they clearly know about the haunting. The very nice ladies that make the beds etc will only enter the rooms two at a time. I stayed three times about half way along the middle floor & it was fine. Just don't take any breakable toiletries, after putting them back on the shelf half a dozen times I gave up & left them in a bag in the bath. After which my comb did mysteriously transport itself from the bathroom to the bedroom. I do not know how.

great video and such a beautiful place, we have driven past a number of times but have never been in. Leaving one half of the castle as it was is one of the unique selling points that the beautiful building has, I hope they leave it as it is but keep up with essential repairs as it is as it is a little bit of history

Brilliant video thanks Tim. I've only seen the ghost hunting side of the castle (on Most Haunted and other shows) But never the hotel side. Thanks for taking us there and for showing us around. I loved this video. Cheers 🍻 😃

Great video Tim. This reminds me of a castle (Waterford Castle Hotel Ireland), my son wife, and I stayed in thats said to be haunted for my wifes birthday one year. I was in a great mood, as was my son, but my wife was not. I did not notice anything the entire time we stayed there, but my wife felt like there was someone watching her all night. I do have a photo, though, of orbs floating around and a stream of light thats by my sons head - there was no way the stream of light could have come from that direction at the angle it is in . . .?

Shame that those top two floors have been abandoned; I can understand the historical importance, but still… Fancy leaving those poor ghosts in such a rotten mess!

Being a Welshie I can assure you Wales had a huge amount of haunted locations. This was so good and when you were exploring upstairs could hear chilren's voices when you were talking very chilling. Nice room though and the food looked so good. Torturing your wife with the profiteroles lol. Definately gonna rewatch this for any sounds I may have missed.

Another amazing post! I've seen about 25 of your's so far and there are several pieces of furniture in this castle that are absolutely exquisite! Wow, wow, and several of the rooms are amazing. The outside is really amazing too! Thank you for taking all of us! ps I studies, broke as a bone, in London for half a yr yrs ago and never took a liking to the stewed tomatoes or beans for breakfast, lol...One of the short trips I took while studying in London was to the Brecon Beacons so I must have been close to the castle. Best, from Colorado!
