I can't begin to tell you how happy I am for you there. The place looks mighty good. Apologies for the long silence here, this last year was the busiest I've ever had here at Inverway and it has been very hard to keep comm channels active cuz I keep conking out at the end of the day when I finally sit down. On the positive side, I've lost a bunch of weight and am in great shape from all the load and tote. Your channel has helped keep me grounded and smiling cuz I'm so happy for you. Say hey to all, The Wendy and I reflect on y'all frequently and give our best wishes. Endeavor to persevere. More soon.

Hi Larry, yes it was a good move, the dirt was loose and hard to up the hill to the property with a trike full of people and material.. it makes a big difference. Thank you sir.
