Hi Charlie, the perimeter wall will give you a lot more privacy and it's a really good idea to have a pedestrian gate and a beach access gate. You will just have to teach everyone to keep the gates closed. And your puppy can roam free in the confines of your property, providing she doesn't learn how to open the gates for herself 😅😂😂

Yeah. I hate having to keep her contrained by a leash. She's already taken a trip to the Beach and the Highway on her own.😮
