i honestly done even remember. This one was a while ago, I do know that i made the front frame to be adjustable so you could put whatever size Tv in there that you wanted. xo perhaps anywhere between 24-40 inch TVs should work

i didnt make a build plan for this one im sorry. i was still a noob with the CAD design using Sketchup. I've upgraded now to fusion 360 and i may be able to produce a plan for you. i have one coming soon for a pedestal build if that would interest you.
