Hi Rachel: I'm starting your program today. I love your advice on many tips of being accountable. I'm a massage therapist x19 years. The workload is killing my body as I'm out of shape. My doctor suggested I do pilates but I live in a small town and it's hard to find pilates classes. Luckily, I ran across a different program on facebook and I could not follow along. Then I searched KZbin and your video came up. I'm so thankful. I believe I can do this for 28 days and more. I'm hoping for the best. Mainly, I need to feel better to keep doing my job/passion to help people with their pain without having my own pain. Thank you for creating this program. I appreciate you!

Started on January 2, so this is day 3 for me. I got a little extra motivated yesterday and did all of the workouts, so the repeat of the legs/belly/arms workout today was extremely challenging at times. I had a lot of leg and foot cramps, so I am going to focus on better hydration throughout the day to help remedy that. Loving the workouts so far! Thank you for putting this program out there.

I’m so excited to commence wall Pilates, having recently turned 50 and spent 12 months working in desk job I feel like I have no strength. My young daughter wants to be my Pilates partner, so that’s fine, she is high energy and can have a go. My goals are- 1) regain some strength! 2) regain some energy! 3) regain myself within the hormonal shift of menopause!!

I do a pilates class each week but was unsure how to bring it home for exercise on the other week days. Have seen wall pilates all over social media but was unsure. Hi, today is my first time ever starting a challenge of any kind. I wanted to comment to say THANKS for taking so much time to create the challenges. I I am 47yrs old, about to turn 48 next week. I have 4 kids, and I have been lucky that my genes are great and havent put on heaps of weight post-birth. But I am getting older and having 4 NVD's my pelvic floor and internal body is very broken. My husband has been trying for years to get me to sort out some exs. Which I have to say I am a hypocrite, because I am a pelvis health physio ( I do do my PFMs exs) but nothing else! So, here I am... starting DAY ONE. My reasons: Stronger, happier and less stressed.

Hey Rachel.. Amazing work out. Thanks for the sharing it for free. few years back i sprained my neck while doing a bridge. Do you have any tips to ensure neck dont get strained during these workout. I cannot move my neck too much.

yes you can support your head with your hands if you need to, and pause to rest longer if necessary

There is a lot of ab and most notice a change in the ab area if they do the challenge! Truthfully not sure about helping with fibroids, that might be something to ask your doctor

I'm looking for a strengthened and balanced body diminishing body pain because my muscles are working together and not out of balance. I'm looking to feel less stress because I love taking care of my body and seeing any toning is a benefit as well!

this challenge works the full body, not just abs. I don't advertise it as losing belly fat tho, the way the apps do. Eating less than normal is required to lose belly fat

This has been amazing. I usually don't like listening to instructors, but this is great. I also did the 10min standing cardio on my heavy flow days. Man I am feeling the burn from that workout too!!! I am already noticing I am more in shape of 6 days of the challenge and 2 days of the 10min cardio! Thank you for making this free!

with any workout plan u do need to focus on diet to eat in a calorie deficit if fat loss is a goal. I recommend the carbon macro coach app if u need help there. but yes combined with diet I have had many ppl say they have seen changes with the challenge! mostly stronger abs and glutes, seeing more ab definition :)
