Very nice home. I'm not crazy about the TV wall in the living room because you have two windows on either side so you may have some glare on the TV screen. However, if you design the wall using wood or POP surround and recess the TV inside that might take care of that. I also like that you are not in a rush to put in the ceiling because you need to design a nice POP drop ceiling which would be determined by the placement of the kitchen island. The quality of the construction so far is first rate.

It's a beautiful house. But, I would love to have a walking closet for my clothes in the master bedroom, and also a little patio at the side of the master bedroom where I could sit relax, read, and have a cup of tea ☕🍵. But I guess! The more you add to the house is the more expensive it becomes. And, in these perilous days, the most important thing is to have a roof over your head, no matter how simple.

It's a starter house for the owner to have somewhere to sleep once in Ghana. I am sure his main house will have some of the features you've mentioned

Thanks for sharing I'm concerned about the type of burglar proof and security because it is a new site which means more theft attempts. Those burglar proof metals look like they will make the job of cutting them easy. Could you share the design bird eye view?

Your concerns are very right however, the Metals used are not easy to just bypass as well as the sliding windows also do have a lock system as a level of security. A determined thief will do whatever it takes to be able to get into your house, however the level of security you implement might deter him. The house once done, will have a fence wall and a gate to it as well as electric fence which will all add up to security
