Wallace Idaho One Year of Weather

A video I did a few years ago to vent my frustration with the weather we have here. It snow or rains and that is about it.

Yes, this is a pretty accurate example lots of rain in the fall and spring snow in winter Great summers though. I know the Tavern in Prich has been there from the 1890s era. It was a small general store (They gave out tokens in the 30's for Camp Marsh a CCC camp. As far as I know has always been a bar too. Mr Sigdahl owned it in 60's. He was county commish for Shoshone county, he sold it in 72 to the McCoys. Lots of great gold rush history in that area! Sorry for all the abbs, I am out of room.

When I lived in Mullan, we use to make bets on what day summer would fall on. Fantastic skiing, fishing and hunting. The only necessity you will need if you move up there is a 4 wheel drive and a snow blower.

I posted here 5 months ago. (Below) I now live in Spirit Lake!! Apparently another (bible) snow belt here North of Northern Idaho. Brand new blower in the gerage just waiting to whip it out. ha. Last night and today is the most snow we've got yet, just enough to cover the ice rink that is my yard, my driveway, and the non state maintained road I live on! :)

Oh come on! Its not quite that bad!!! 1996 was bad! THIS year you are showing YES very bad! But seriously the weather isn't THAT bad. I moved there at the age of 2 and graduated. moved and then Needed to come back to my roots. Its a great place as long as you do like snow in the winter. Really LOVE this video though!!! Pretty sure I felt that way in 96 when I was a 1st time home owner all by myself!! Just a bad year like I said

McCall gets worse snow just so you know. But that is just local snow. They are measuring the icecaps and they are slowly deteriorating. I hate the ignorant views of people who believe "weather" is climate because it isn't.
