Thanks so much for popping in to join me for my fav patterns for this month! It has been brought to my attention that the sound is missing for the first 20 seconds or so of the section on the Summer Gansey. Here's what I said in that section: "Moving right along to sweater number three. This is our friend, Hinterm Stein, again. And this is the Summer Gansey. This one, not unlike the MagicDot one earlier, just attracted me as a great wear everywhere kind of summer and transitional to summer short sleeve sweater." My apologies for the editing error! It seems I somehow turned off the audio for that clip. Fortunately, it was a short one!

I love The Woolly Thistle! I just finished the Malin sweater a few weeks ago and can't recommend this pattern enough. The pattern is well written and the patterns is just filled with great detail and attention to detail, down to the bind-offs used.

I love your podcast or channel - it’s just so refreshing and funny. Your sense of humor is just something else. Please keep going this way. And on this episode… yes, Hinterm Stein (behind the stone in German) is one of my favorite designers too. 😊

Im in agreement to the worthiness of a pattern. I watch podcasts to learn of new patterns. It depends on the season. If I want to use up my embarrassingly large stash of fingering/DK yarn, linen or wool and the style.

You cannot go wrong with Hinterm Stein patterns!! I love her designs and interesting constructions. Thank you for the introduction to Thea Coleman. No idea how I have not spied her designs before. The textures are just amazing. Vanilla Affogato was one (of a few!) that jumped off the page at me before you mentioned it. I'm excited to see how you get on with it. It is gorgeous. You are right, there are too many patterns and not enough time! Thank you for sharing your selection. ❤

I enjoyed your video as I'm making a fun sock in the exact same colour tone you chose for your knits ':D (Chrysanthemum frutescens Socks by Hunter Hammersen, in Schoppel-Wolle Admiral Hanf Malachit). I'm currently knitting this sock (the pattern is discontinued, unfortunately) to entertain myself as I knit a second Luxa by Andrea Rangel. I don't usually knit twice a patter, but this one is just too good. It's a simple knit (hence the more complicated sock), but OMG the result is incredible: elegant, flattering and it can go with almost any style. Besides, the patter is probably the best I've ever found. It's clear, precise, detailed and very easy to follow. It is so wallet-worthy.

Cost about £6.50 UK Beautiful pattern I’m currently knitting a Sabai summer tank (top down Cotton, Viscose, Linen mix ) Thanks for your inspirational ideas. 🙋🏼🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
