Felt great getting out doing some shore casting with the boys tonight along the lake Erie shoreline.
We had to work for the fish we caught but had a fantastic time as usual.

The Spro Aruku Shad is a lipless crank that stands on its nose on the bottom. I have a couple of them. The Nomad might as well. Not sure.

Can you recommend a good rubber landing net for pier fishing

You'd have to get ahold of cummins or ranger and have a custom one made which will be extremely pricey. Rubber net wouldn't be deep enough in my opinion and You'd losse a lot of fish
