It seemed like that place did really well there. It was packed at times. I was very sad when it closed. From what I remember the food was pretty good.

Where i live in Michigan, we had a Don Pablos, Macaroni Grill and Logans Roadhouse all next door to each other, all closed at least 5 years ago. 2 still empty, one was knocked down last year and a smaller building put up in its place.

Just a note, the garden center at the former Kmart was on the left side of the building as you faced the store. The spot to the right was once a grocery store at one time after it closed kmart used that space for fixtures and backstock for patio furniture.

Very much appreciated. From 1983-1984, I worked the evening shift at this very Kmart after working the day shift up the road at Ponderosa Steak House (now Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in the Miracle Mile Shopping Center). FYI, the Monroeville Historical Society has an extensive on-line photo collection spanning mid-1800’s to the present. Thanks.

You got to come to Fostoria ohio .North West Ohio. There's a old Kmart store .the red letter k is still on the back of the building. It's a small kmart

Don Pablo's only been there once. The service in wait is very bad. Never going back. Well, good luck going there now. They ceased out in 2019. And they are extinct now. Rip. So I better let you know about this.

It's sad to see this Monroeville Don Pablos look like that. That was my favorite and the queso was awesome. It's sad to see the Kmart gone, but Home goods was a nice recovery of the building. I think I've only gone in there 2 times. My Medical Oncologist office is in the building behind the Kmart. Thanks for sharing what you discovered!
