Does anyone know what happened to this oven? Luckily I got one when they were available. Hands down the best inexpensive pizza oven ever released! I started with Mimuo pellet oven. It works, but was so hot it was stressful to use. The EG Pizza oven is simpler and easier to use. And readily allows more than one fuel choice to achieve different temperatures. I love that lazy susan, too!

Wow! I couldn't find it on any searches other than Craigslist-- Hopefully they will bring it back. Prob the best $97 I've ever spent for cooking equip. It might be worth checking your local craigslist adds-- btw I didnt even see them on EBAY

What have you found the best way to light the oven?
@CookingOnTheWeekend Жыл бұрын
I start with lump charcoal in the weber chimney-- pour it into the basket-- give it a little shake.-- partly put it into the oven and pour in aprox two cups of pellets -- some will fall out the bottom (but no biggie.) This gets things blazing hot pretty quick. B&B seems to be the most recommended lump charcoal-- I've had success with cheaper brands combined with pellets-- If I wasn't adding wood or pellets, I'd prob use B&B
