I have the Pizza party Emozione. I actually like the larger opening because I can easily monitor my pizzas. It also seems wider. Wood for the Bollore is a nice touch, but it is not very practical for me. Either way, Pizza Party has solid products for the price. Gozney’s price point is out of reach for many people. Ooni is also popular, but for a couple of hundred more you can get the Emozione instead of the Ooni Koda 16.

I can't think of a better MAESTRO than Vito. A few reasons. Vito's skills are off the charts as a true Pizza master. He loves to teach and he teaches so damn well. Nice oven. I vote 7.0. Love the videos. A video request even if it is a short. You show many times how to stretch dough and also how to quickly slide the pie off a paddle into the oven. However I want to see a quick video on how you manipulate the small paddle to spin the pizza. I keep trying but can’t get the right movement.

Good results using Gasmate pizza oven with 1/8” thick steel shelves which sit on the racks. Keep the ceramic shelf directly above the fire ring on the bottom most shelf as a heat spreader. No problem if it cracks, push it together.

I've used the Pizza Party wood oven in my food truck, it's an excellent product. Thinking of switching to this Ballore for more even floor temps. Great video Vito. I agree this oven is an easy 8.2 or better. One of the only ones available with biscotti tiles! This alone is the best reason to buy it over the refractory goz or oni.

I like watching your videos and Sometimes I wonder when watching your videos that you have a Thermomix in your kitchen, why don't you patent pizza in a thermomix, many millions of people have one at home. Pizza in a Thermomix is inedible. If you patented such a recipe, you would make a sensation.

Great review ! Do you think it would be easy to make 2 large pizzas of 33cm with the passione oven ? it's the bigger one (80x60 cooking floor, bollore is 60x60). My concern is that it's 80 of depth so maybe it would be hard to reach the pizza that is a bit more in the back to turn it? what do you think? thanks :D

This looks terrible. Like something you'd get off wish or temu. The oven seems to cook ok but the fake brick facade and cheap look overall is not motivating me to get one. I have a Gozney Dome dual fuel and part of what I like is the aesthetics.

Your soft and crunchy sound effect you use in all your videos is slightly out of sync in this one .Not sure about the oven but if they’re paying you well for it then needs must . You must admit it would take something special to beat the Gozney ovens . As soon as I seen the stone , I was put off straight away. You’re the best there is at making pizzas. I much prefer you making them than advertising ovens but I suppose it pays the bills and i would probably do the same.

that's far too fucken long to warm up a domestic pizza oven. Little bbq pizzastone job is 20 minutes max. This is a silly domestic product.
