I call them bathing suits. When our youngest daughter was little, she’s now 31, she called hers “baby suits.” Another thing she used to say when I would comb her hair and I would ask “how do you want your hair today?” She would reply “I want it cute.” That was because I would do a half ponytail on her and we would tell her how cute she looked. So it got that name. Those sweet memories. ♥️

Wow! That was quite a haul! I bought all three of the linen pieces from Scoop and kept the vest and blazer. They do look and feel very high end. I’m carrying some extra weight and I am having trouble getting wide leg anything that I feel comfortable in. I tried the linen pants with the elastic waist and those went back. I just can’t get over feeling sloppy in the pieces that are oversized, but that is a personal issue. You look fabulous in all the outfits you showed today. Thanks for sharing!

Assume natural fibers will wrinkle. I don't show "age appropriate" items because I don't agree with that concept. I think you can wear anything if you think it's tasteful, and that goes across all age groups.

First of all, you are very cute! Your video was suggested in my feed as I was browsing spring Maxi's. I realize your channel is primarily for seniors, middle aged demographic and that's wonderful! I just don't want you to feel limited when it comes to fashion, there's so many videos out there that would be helpful and perhaps give you some other modern and stylish options! Give it a chance! We no longer have place ourselves in a "mold"! H&M is partnering with a high fashion/quality line soon , from what I understand It's going to be classic with a modern twist. 😊

Just a warning before you make a long trip and end up disappointed… Marnie has warned during many of her Walmart videos and I would second that many of the clothes she shows from Walmart are not in the stores, only online.

When the dry cleaners were closed due to Covid I learned to live without it and realized I didn’t need it after all. I use the settings on my dryer to do my dry cleaning for my work clothes. Other than work clothes I wear clothes that do require dry cleaning.

I went through a time when my Raynaud’s Phenomenon was flaring often that all I wanted to wear was tops with kangaroo pockets. Your hands can keep each other warm more effectively than putting each in its own pocket. But I know what you mean. No one wants extra in the tummy area.

I appreciate that you share the sizes you are trying on with fit recommendations and measurements, but with most size charts going by full bust measurements and bra sizing being inconsistent between brands, would you consider sharing a full bust measurement instead of just bra size?

Not meaning to be intrusive, but to me a bra size is just not as helpful (or any more personal) of a measurement for predicting what might fit than the full bust measurement. Every bra manufacturer seems to have their own size chart, so it’s anyone’s guess how they translate to clothing sizes. Which I’d guess is why clothing size charts use full bust measurement instead... Not to mention that statistic about how many women are wearing the wrong bra size. Bathing suits are what they are, used for sunbathing AND swimming. Swimsuit just sounds weird. Love the top you’re wearing and those slub tees. Love the linen blend vest, too and with the coordinating pants. I just wish Walmart carried petite length pants because I am only 4’10” tall. But I still love fashion and don’t want every pair of petite pants to be elastic waisted. Eww! I mean, I love a good elastic waist pants, but I also like tailored, and pants that have a waistband with a button and a zipper in a petite size. I also loved the dresses, but again the midi would be nice in a length for petite. Thanks for the new items, I did look on the app and saw some of the items already before I saw your video. Wow! Love all looks! Also you look amazing! I know you don’t like comments about your size and all and how you have changed physically- but you look great! Is it all from changing the way you eat or exercise too? I’ve been trying so hard to loose and have done so well in the eating dept. but have only lost like 4 lbs in 2weeks! Ugh! I am trying to walk more but my husband insists that it’s the exercise I have to do more of- not just the food intake - although I have w lost weight before w/o hard workouts So frustrated 😞 I notice you like shorts again too! 😊

Everyone is different, and has different health needs and preexisting conditions, so that's why I haven't talked about it here. However, my doctors have told me numerous times it all comes down to what and how much you put in your mouth. Exercise is good for other things but not necessarily dropping weight. My best advice is not to get advice from me or other lay people-ask your doctor!

I ordered 3 pairs of the time and true fray hem shorts (lyocell) hoping they'd be perfect for gardening. Unfortunately though both your video AND Walmart's site list them as having a 5 inch inseam they arrived and barely had a 3 inch inseam so were WAY too short for me to feel comfy wearing. Too bad because if they'd be 5 inches as stated they would've been perfect. Otherwise enjoy your videos and your finds across all retailers.

For what exactly? Your age doesn't matter-if you have great legs at 80+, show them off! My personal rule of thumb is that the inseam should go past your fingertips when holding your arms down against your body.
