@@kennethpiet2079 I did 60 days one time. I will never forget the moment I realized I am a prisoner and cannot leave. Once I developed a routine time went a little faster. I played basketball every day. The rim was like 13ft drilled into a brick wall. Jail is horrible whether it's a day or longer. I think it should only be used for crimes where there is a victim.

There’s a book called “ In constant Fear” it talks about all of the wars in Walpole in the 60’s and 70’s. There’s many murders that happened in there that weren’t documented. And hitters liken James Skintight Skinner, Che Sosa and Peter Loredo, the boogeyman and many others.

I was Barely 18 went I got sent up for 5 years. I went to Concord for classification. I was glad for it too. Walpole was like the boogie man for youngsters. That was back in 98-99. I heard they closed Concord down. Carzy

I remember watching this documentary when it aired on tv back in the 90s. I'm a big believer in prison reform and one thing that always stood out to me on this one was the guy who was in DDU and released directly back to society after spending 5 years in solitary. I have no idea how he did after being released, but it seems like most people would have a lot of problems going from solitary to the hustle and bustle of the street and keep themselves out of trouble. Also, an inmate on the full video named Peter Ladetto had been in that prison since 1963-64 and stayed there till he died around 2014.
