Craig you are not the downer of the show! If it wasn't for your hard work and dedication this team of amazing people would not be able to give us content enjoyment and laughs every few days. Please do not criticize yourself . We would have nothing to look forward to if it wasnt for your hard work and time commitment.

Agree, but I also think it would be ok if they would just embrace talking over each other as that is less rigid than worrying about it, just go with it, we totally get it, pretty much everyone has experienced a zoom call where this is the case so it would be fine.

I don't think John or Kevin are needed on the show, we've seen from the vlogs and other content on this channel that Craig, Ryno, and Erica can muster together some great moments and good chemistry. John and Kevin feel like anchors here, especially didn't like how Craig was spoken too when he asked if anyone would like to share their story first, and John had a snarky and snippy comment about him "running the show," that felt uncalled for and it really felt like it made the cast shut down. Craig is literally putting himself into a position he's stated he's not the most comfortable with, so comments at him aren't helping, he's honestly fine, but it's clearly the ideologies of John and Kevin not allowing Craigh to either be as confident as he needs to be, or just lean into the awkward moments and roll with them. If Craig or Ryno want to reach out, I'd love to share some ideas with them, they're a good team, but it's clear to me that only Craig, Ryno, and Erica are the only ones interested in putting effort into the content side.

Could not agree more. The lacking interest with Kevin & John is very apparent. I can imagine they are going through a tough time, but maybe not be on camera right now since the lack of interest is shining through and brings down the rest of the team.

The cameo from Burny Mattinson who died this year was emotional and they even dedicated it to him. The moment with Walt was moving because this was the celebration of the culmination of his life’s work…& they played Feed the Birds, his favorite song, in the background. The When You Wish Upon A Star moment was both heartwarming and funny. There were definitely plenty of touching moments but they were balanced with humor as well as the sheer enjoyment of finding all of the classic and newer characters with plenty of the more obscure and under appreciated characters which I loved. This was really well done and I wish they would make more content like this

Gotta get the bosses out of the room and let the team vibe. Ridiculous that John suggested his top on air talent beg for travel agent’s help instead of facilitating on Craig and Ryno’s behalf. It was the perfect chance to show how helpful travel agents can be in planning, yet, John misses the mark and has to flex instead. As suggested by others, any in-person format is better than the zoomies. Keep trying team, you’ll find your groove. Also keep recruiting, there is a huge difference between someone HAPPY to host vs someone willing to host.

I'm not one who thinks that Pete was the backbone of the show. I thought the shows while Pete was on sabbatical were some of the better episodes, but the chemistry is now very off with this group. It seems like no one wants to be there, and are trying to force jokes. The Zoom meeting format is likely to blame for a lot of it, with people talking over one another, or hesitant to jump in. If you're going to continue without everyone in the same room, until you're in-person I'd highly recommend pairing down the group to three to encourage conversation and reduce talking over one another. The format needs some work too. The most effective part of the show was when you were talking about Disney news. There was finally some back-and-forth, and it's the reason most of us are here. It's fine to discuss what's happening in your week in Disney, but that's not why we tune in. It should be a sub-segment later in the show, hopefully after you've established a rapport. Leading off with it reminded me of a classroom where the teacher asked everyone individually what they did on their summer vacation.

Kevin's story is LITERALLY my story. Our first visit was in June 1972, 6 months after his, and my mom worked the phones like crazy until she secured a three night stay at the Contemporary. She got us a Tower room with Park view and I have the receipt. $35 per night. And my parents gave my older brother and I (12 and 10 at the time) the freedom to go back to the MK after dinner while my parents stayed back at the hotel because Disney World was safe, and the Express Monorail was our easy way home. WDW was so much different and so much better than any place we had ever been that it became a summer ritual, pretty much every year from 1972-1988. And while I had dreams of working there one day, I never did, but my youngest brother did, and he became my daughter's favorite uncle and we visited him once or twice every year from the year she was born until she graduated from high school.

The Disney Short that was released was incredible, I also got to see it at a Destination D23 and it wasn't a forced emotion, it just happened because it was so nostalgic and was just so well done. It pulled all the heartstrings without you realizing what was happening until you felt a tear in your eye. The Creators deserved the standing ovation that they got by everybody in the audience. So well done. Ryno, you may have felt differently if you didn't know about it at all, like all of us at that event. Maybe that was part of the emotional reaction.🤷🏽‍♀️ Not right or wrong.

I'm 28 minutes in and there are far too many awkward silences. Probably due to the zoom format and wouldn't happen as much with a studio, maybe? And everyone seemed a little more tense that last time. This episode took a few steps back.

This was absolutely painful! They need to add a strong on-air talent. I'm stunned that they lacked the self awareness to do this during their rebrand. They need to replace Pete's personality and there isn't a single person in the current cast with energy or an "it" factor. As a business owner myself, you have to understand the strengths and weaknesses of everyone on your team. I can not believe that after the long hiatus, this was what they came up with......I felt sympathy for them based on what happened with Pete, but if this is the product they are putting out, they don't deserve viewers.

Growing up we couldn't afford the Disney Channel. I got snippets of it wherever I could with magazines or PBS's Wonderful World of Disney. When the Disney store came I spent every lunch break working in the mall inside the store. This brought me back to my mom trying to plan us getting to WDW. I BALLED LIKE A BABY. It literally felt like all of my childhood Disney dreams in one short.

I have loved the DIS vlogs since I discovered them 4 years ago so this comes as a fan and someone who wants you to succeed in this new chapter. This show comes across as you all hate each other and Disney. Kevin and John have to stay off the vlogs. They bring the show down and clearly have no real connection with the parks anymore. My suggestion is to bring in some new blood who have a new and true passion for Disney to spice up the conversation with these veterans who may no longer have the spark. The back and forth would be entertaining. I am still going to watch and support you all because I believe in you but lets get some positive into these vlogs,

Totally agree 💯 they’re Disney Stories was a good touch. But like last week & the first show, Kevin & John are terrible for this show. They bring nothing to it at all & suck the life out of it. New blood is definitely needed. I’ve always liked Craig’s dry sense of humour & Erica has grown a lot for me. Ryno I’m still on the fence about at the moment, watched a few of the food & shopping & park vlogs they have done recently & Ryno has not been that good. I’m sticking with it for now, but if it doesn’t change, I’ll be giving it a miss.

They had new blood at one point who were engaging and informative with a strongly evident passion for the parks in both Deni and Panda (who both saw the writing on the wall and left for far greener pastures). Deni's channel has taken off nicely, and her content is highly engaging and informative, and Panda is now a regular over at the newly revamped DVC Fan channel.

I enjoyed the show. Still some growing pains and the distributed setup does cause issues. But all in all I like the positivity going on. People sharing why this place, this company means so much to them. Is it infallible, no, but a lot of it is what you make it. I was a little put off by Ryno’s response but given the lead in I can see how someone would be defensive. But again it felt like that pull to be negative, and critical and want to find what’s wrong with something took priority over enjoying something for what it was, a sentimental nod to the various generations of characters across the 100 years. Keep at it crew, I still enjoy the content. I really enjoyed humanizing why it is you do what you do and realizing you actually do like Disney and aren’t just around to poop all over it.

Mickey and Walt, I cried. Not having Magical Express motivated me to drive, and I discovered how much I like the rest of Florida. 30 min in the morning at Magic Kingdom translates to riding Space Mountain, or getting in line for 7 Dawarves. I did have great experiences with the main street vehicles, but the number of people posing in front of the castle is killing that. After hours for Deluxe, guests feel elitist, but you have to justify the prices. I miss late nights in the parks. Can we get Animal Kingdom after dark again? The best thing about Pandora is being wasted, and Expedition Everest is awesome at night.

As a Florida resident, what's the point of getting an AP if I STILL have to make a reservation, or be able to go when Disney says it's ok to go? With my schedule I cant pinpoint when I can go, I'm sure I'm not alone on that. I used to have days where "Hey I got a day where I can just do whatever, lets run to the park and have a good time." The fact that it occurs at all four parks every single morning really helps to prevent that huge mass of people that used to try to take advantage of extra magic mornings at just one park under the old system. Now if they could switch to a full hour of early morning time for resort guests at all four parks everyday, that really would be ideal! Best news by far though is the removal of the 2pm park hopping rule!

Sorry Craig, I was able to snag a reservation for 12/12. It took multiple tries before I got one I really wanted. As John said, I benefited from the staggered release of places and times.

Let's face it the show died after Deni left. This is a show that's done out of necessity rather than passion any more. It's so insular these days because all dreams want to push their cruises and wdw (and the occasional and trip). I feel the team needs to explore other Disney parks and to have a passion for it. I can't help but feel the whole show is just sales and food allergies. I think this was the wrong reboot. Look at the love over at wdwnttv - they care.

I’m curious what percentage of your viewers are out of state people that have say 2 or 3 kids. I’d be one to bet a good majority, you need someone to represent that segment on your panel. Especially with your new format that person could live anywhere. We travel a few times a year, always stay on property, always have to eat our meals on property, That is what you are missing. Even when you guys do stay on property it’s for one night, that is not the real experience the rest of us actually receive as we are there multiple nights, usually at a couple of different hotels in different category levels.

John and Kevin have zero charisma and it makes these shows unwatchable. Let the young crew handle this going forward.

The only thing that saved this episode was the talk at the end about the panels love of Disney otherwise this was another Dumpster Fire. You all need a studio

After the live webcast, I watched Once Upon A Studio. Although I normally identify as a Craig, I'm going to side with @Ryan "Ryno" Clavin here. It wasn't particularly emotional to me.

Hey guys! Love all of you but without Pete it’s lacking some energy. I know you all are trying but you need someone to inject some excitement and energy into the show. Just my opinion and I know you’ll end up figuring it out 👍
