WALT DISNEY WORLD! Day 3 | Hollywood Studios & Riviera Resort

WELCOME TO OUR NOVEMBER 2022 DISNEY WORLD VLOG SERIES!
Today we spend the morning in Hollywood Studios and then head back to our resort Pop Century for an afternoon of relaxing and swimming. We then head over to Riviera Resort on the Sky Liner for dinner and finish up our day at Hollywood Studios in Toy Story land!

We go to Disney World every year, except 2020, and I’m just like Dave and while we are there, I just keep saying that I can’t believe we are there. So glad you made it back. Barney won’t remember the trip but you will always have the memories of his happiness and joy. We go during the summer and it is like the face of the sun so we take a break in the afternoon and always have an insulated bottle of ice water with us.

100% something that needs to change at pop century, we need freestyle machines! We went from Port orleans to pop and it was such a downgrade for our refillable mug 😅 so I definitely get Dave's happy dance

What a busy fun day. Barney’s joy and wonderment is contagious. So lovely to see him on Dave’s shoulders. All that weightlifting has paid off in multiple ways, including being able to carry Barney for ages as if he were a feather. When we moved to America (from Scotland) nearly. 30 years ago I had a real problem finding any drinks for my 2 that were not loaded with artificial flavors and additives. At home I would water down apple juice. Then I found CapriSun and life was better!!!! Yes it has sugar but way less than the typical American soft drinks and nothing artificial.

Lofthouse cookies are not really sugar cookies but they are seriously yummy cookies. I was excited when Dave picked them. Barney is so adorable!

The Freestyle machine with the refillable mugs was one of my favorite perks when staying on property. I also felt like I had to refill whenever I could that way I felt like I was getting my money's worth.

A little tip from a Disney goer ( I met you at Pop this trip) but I wear earplugs on some of the rides. It helps with the noise. Especially for those scarier rides ( like Dinosaur ). It’s great for little ones as well..as sometimes you see them cover their ears. Which means its over stimulating or just loud! Try it…it makes a big difference❤

Loving your Disney vlogs! We went for 2 weeks in June with our 1 year old, he turned 1 whilst we were there. We’re going again next year, I just wanted to ask about Barney’s sleep 😅 did you shift everything later to stay up for the evening? We were going to bed at 7 with Arthur and it was ridiculous 🤣 I want him to see the fireworks next time…and to go on some rides when it’s hopefully quieter in the evening… xxx
