Wow, that was a rough start to your vacation. From the suspect hotel to the ridiculous prices to pay for transportation to the airplane landing. Hope your stay at Rosen Inn was good. My friend and I stayed there last year and it was a nightmare. I’m sure Animal Kingdom was amazing

Yeah the motel in New Jersey ended up being just OK- their shuttle was truly helpful! The Rosen Inn was GREAT for me! I know for next time to just ignore the concierge person lol Animal Kingdom was great as usual- I hope you check out the next Vlog!

I don’t know how far away you live from the airport, but do you think it would’ve been more cost effective and easier had you gotten an Uber or Lyft from your home straight to the airport, rather than staying at a hotel that you were uncomfortable with?

If I could I totally would! I live 2+ hours north of the NYC airports. I went during the week, so my fiancé was unable to take me to the airport due to his work schedule.

@@melanatedmouseketeer oh okay I understand now. Great video by the way. I want to do a solo trip to Disney, but my biggest fear is flying alone. I mean I know there will be other ppl on the plane, but I’m used to flying with friends or family and even then I’m so nervous. I think you said a stranger grabbed your hand when you guys had turbulence, that would’ve been me, lol. If I decide to go solo, I’m definitely going to have to take a sedative prior to boarding the plane. I’m in Pennsylvania so driving down is not an option. I’ve done it before and that drive was too exhausting. Flying is so much faster, lol.

It should not have been more to pay with a card vs cash! And that driver should not have made an issue about it! Ugh that would have frustrated me!
