I love how all the dogs come together to help their own, no matter what breed or social class. I have to give props to Coco (the poodle); one would think she being like her owner comes off as high class and thinking they're better than everyone else, but after hearing the alert from the pet shop, she hops up on her limo and forwards the alert. I freakin' love it. Humans could learn a lot more from these dogs.

Some of the dogs literally dropped everything they were doing and did their damn best to pass this message on. Their owners yelled at them, tried to lock them in their homes, etc. They worked hard to spread the message and it paid off. The message reached the Colonel, who passed it back. The barking chain stood by to help Pongo and Perdita get to their puppies and save not only them, but 84 others. The barking chain helped them make it back too. The Colonel, Captain, and Sergeant held Horace and Jasper back while the Dalmatians escaped. The collie sheltered them from a blizzard and fed them. The Labrador got them a ride home, helped them hide from Horace, Jasper, and Cruella, attacked Horace and Jasper to give them a head start too.

2D animation never dies. In fact, it has got more traction than CGI ever did recently. People got so sick of CGI animation that lacked any human artistry for years. They wanted 2D animation to come back into the limelight after years of neglect by Hollywood itself. Animation itself is for everyone, and it's an art medium as a whole. What these suits from Disney, Hollywood, etc don't understand is that Animation is a human art in of itself, not just for kids but by adults, teens and elders can enjoy the art of animation as a whole.

Danny: The humans are tried everything. Now it's up to us dogs and the Twilight Bark. Scottie: I'll sound the alert! (yipping) Danny: Woof! Woof! (dog barking, howling) Jock: (gasps, barking)
@Annahg785 жыл бұрын
At the risk of sounding preachy, I have to point out that two of the dogs Pongo judged earlier in the movie, one as being “unusual” (ie strange) and one as being “too fancy” (ie snobby) were among the first dogs to participate in the bark chain, no hesitation whatsoever. The first one was particularly persistent in getting the word out. Both got to where their owners wouldn’t be able to restrain them so they could do their part. Lesson to be learned here: Be careful who you write off as weird or snobby. They just might be among those who help you and/or a loved one when it is needed the most.

this comment and observation is very underrated. YOU'RE RIGHT ABOUT THAT
@samy299872 жыл бұрын
Pongo dismissed them because he was looking for a mate, both for him and his master. There is nothing wrong with that. Friendships and other relationships are perfectly fine to have with anyone. Stop mixing things up.
@sagesaria2 жыл бұрын
I don't think he meant it as dismissive so much as not feeling the two of them and their humans would be a good fit for each other.
@lauriedavis5946 Жыл бұрын
_OR_ maybe Pongo simply meant that that they were unusual & too fancy. Just bc _you_ feel he was being derogatory towards those girls doesn’t make it so. i don’t get that impression at all. What i hear now is someone taking out their personal issues on an adorable Disney movie. Hope you didn’t ruin it for anybody. Geez - calm down!

A Twilight Bark is basically relaying messages like using a telegraph or telephone. It's a dog's thing but I had to do research about this and basically Pongo and Perdie use the Twilight Bark to relay messages about their missing sons and daughters and pinpoint where they're being held. I think in the end the Twilight Bark would give Pongo and Perdie the general location not the exact location.
@TrelliessRose Жыл бұрын
But they did get the exact location. The puppies were traced to Hell Hall. The complete info didn't reach London yet by the time someone said they've been spotted.

Saw a lot of Lady and the Tramp characters: Jock, Peg(she's in the petshop with her puppies), the bulldog from the pound, Tramp is scene above the bus and Lady is closest to the screen both are silhouettes but there's no denying to it that they are who they really are. Especially with how Lady's ears bounces.
