Nice! Sadly, I feel like that letter may be a "cut signature" somewhere. It's just my gut feeling. Seems like any document signature like that which would fit nicely and cleanly in a cut sig gets taken to the chopping block.

Right after saying that, I went to do a quick search and see that the whole letter made it into a slab and was auctioned by Leland's and was sold for 2659 during a summer 2023 auction.
