I had several kitten heel pairs 15/20 years ago. My feet got sore and tired within 10 minutes; no brand or material or price point could save my feet. Kitten heel made me realize that comfort and foot health are more important than trend or style. My feet have to keep me upright and moving for as long as I live if I could help it. I have to treat them preciously.

I can wear a kitten heel almost as well as a flat. What particular thing makes them so uncomfortable for you, but a high heel doesnt?

@@marissashantez6051 kitten heel more weight rests on a small point under the heel. I can wear 4” heel longer because the weight is pushing forward on the ball, abigger area than the point under the heel. It is physics.

Back when I was a kid, kitten heels were the gateway shoe to actual high heels 👠. Love pointy, almond, square toe, and even some peep toe (shoes..not boots). That black and cream dress is to die for! I love the "weird" Heels. Surprisingly they are often comfortable! Love the Kitten Heels! The standard 3in heel is too much for me I'm already 5'9" so a heel but lower YAY!! 😅

Happy New Year 🎉 Agree with you about the comfortable Vivaia shoes, but be careful of the sizing, really look at the chart and ask them if necessary, I find them not that wide in fact although they do give, and had to go 1 size up… but the insoles are crazy comfortable. And customer service is actually great, they really try to help you. And great with the lace up high boots - bought a pair of Doc Martens lace up tall boots a couple of month ago when couldnt wear heels any longer and needed space for an insole - love them with everything, especially leggins or dresses - they are super big but super cool… and I’m 54, but feel great in them - and now I also feel fashion forward 😂 Great fun video as always - thanks.

I’m all about the weird heels: to me, they’re always timeless because they were never truly on trend. I have boots with a heel like look like horse hooves and also a boot that looks like a skinned maroon dragon and when I wear them, people always compliment them. Not getting enough attention, huh? I love shoes, I mean really. I passed it on to my son. We vacationed in San Diego for almost 2 weeks. I brought 9 pairs and it was barely enough. 2 sandals ( one flat for sand, one for street, 2 sneakers (one for sports, one for casual) 1 ballet flat, 1 flat with a sparkly bow, one wedge open toe, and one unusual pair of heels and one dressy pair. That’s how you turn jeans and white shirt into evening wear, baseball games, museums, theme parks and dinner at anything from a taco bus to a 4 star restaurant. I wouldn’t be caught dead in anything you described, I mean that in the nicest possible way. I’d prefer to meet people rather than have them point and stare. My husband was trying to make fun of me for bringing so many by encouraging others to join in. My son had just opened his ‘shoe suitcase’ next to the door. My bullying ex didn’t know it was his ‘shoe suitcase’. My son just looked at him and commented that I’d only brought what I needed. BTW, essentially I’m full of it since it only matters that you feel fabulous and you’re right, they’re never really in style so good on you

Sorry, I do know I’m irrelevant, but kitten heels are the WORST. They serve no purpose. Ironically I fall down when I wear them. 3.5 inch-4 inch with a platform are no problem. Kitten heels automatic face plant and for what the most blah thing that you can wear. Colorful socks are better

I was never really a fan of a kitten heel either BUT I needed I nude heel & found a pair of Rockports on clearance in a kitten heel. I figured since I needed it for this specific conference if I didn’t like them…for the price I paid (under $20), I wasn’t out too much. I loved them so much…I bought them in 2 other colors when they were on sale online. They weren’t under $20 but for the comfort…it’s all good.

Very happy with the big/chunky/gothic style boots! I love them, the bigger the better! But no buckles, spikes or laced up. With high heels a nice peeptoes can be cute but is a very thin line for me, not too big a hole and must be an elegant shoe then!. And I personally love high boots, overknee boots always look great under a long sweater-dress or minidress.

I’m 65 years old and loved my black chunky boots. But some of theses are hideous! When I worked in an office,I had to wear skirts. I wore the high pointy toe heels. Kitten heels never left for me, I make my own trench and I’ll never stop wearing whether they install or out of style. They’ll always be in for me , and I do what I like, and what is comfortable for me and my feet. That’s what Fashion is all about, I start my own trend, and if people don’t like it’s too bad, I do what I like! 5 inch heels 4 inch heels. I’m done with all that height it’s not good for my feet. I just watch everybody else with those heels and I admire how well they can wear them , it’s not for me anymore. It hasn’t been for quite a few years. Nice video.

I have tried the kitten heel. I think they are very pretty, but should come with crutches I sprained my ankle twice!
