The Walther P22 parts diagram don't show a screw attaching the original front sight. The sight itself is plastic and looks like it's made to just snap in place. The after market sights do use a screw at the bottom. I wonder how much Walther saved not using a fastening screw?

Nice video. The flat tool is for removing the fiber pipe from the sight. Slide it between the optic fiber pipe and this will push the flat spring that holds the fiber pipe down so you can push out the pipe and change it out. To put in a new pipe you don't need that tool. Just slide the pipe in the hole😁.

Red loctite 7xx something works great as an adhesive for sights. I have a Kahr cw9 and they are staked in sights.

Playdoh on the Allen wrench would also hold the screw safely in place until you’re done 😊

Would never recommend to use gorilla glue. Also red loctite I would never recommend. Blue loctite is a good additive though. Friendly gunsmither here, have a great day.
