It's really too big to carry. I now own seven excellent handguns, and I carry several of them. The Walther, is definitely the best shooter. Now, to get a Raw Dog hybrid holster for it., if they have the mold. Walther handguns, are at the top of the quality level. I made a great deal with the gun dealer. A local business, not a huge outdoor superstore- it is also the place where I take training classes. Good people, a plug for RAC guns in Reno, Nevada.

Why there is an ammo shortage?
@shenmue55073 жыл бұрын
I recently built a thousand dollar glock 19 using a polymer80 lower. This gun basically has the same exact features besides for it having no night sights or aluminum trigger. You're basically getting the quality of an apex trigger kit without the trigger shoe with this gun. In polymer80 terms this gun is worth around $830 and you're getting it for $600 😳👍. It's honestly one of the best deals I've seen in a really long time. If I would have known this was coming I would have never built a p80. Im definitely going to buy one!! . Im going to wait a year and let the company work out any problems it might have. It seems like most gun's have minor issues throughout the first year. I have a really good feeling about this firearm :). It might be the best one yet when it comes to pistols under a thousand dollars.
@GBGuns3 жыл бұрын
The new Walther trigger is better than an Apex imo.
@shenmue55073 жыл бұрын
No it's not 🤦♂️. The pdp has a 5.6 pound trigger with a polymer trigger shoe. The apex is a 4-4.5 pound trigger with an aluminum trigger shoe. The apex also has less take-up but the reset is about the same as the pdp. Both have clean take ups. In other words you don't know what you're talking about. The PDP has one of the best oem triggers out of the box but its not like the company is giving people $160 triggers lol.

Was hoping Walther was gonna go after the P365 business with a hi-cap micro 9 but the PDP looks like a gun to add to my collection👍

I don't think I will put my G19 or CZ 75BD up for sale to get the PDP. Walthers have a really nice trigger a really light trigger. I usually run NY-1 olive and a minus connecter in my Glocks.

Wow it’s Walther PDP day!! Every Guntuber has a video on this gun today. But the best video I have seen on this gun is from Walther’s very own KZbin channel. It’s bold. Check it out.

I gotta be honest, and I'm NOT hating or anything, but... I just don't see why any current PPQ owner would buy this? Or is that maybe not the target market? I can already tell I like the grip texture better than the PPQ's, but is it really worth throwing down the money for a new gun, and new set of magazines?

It's a generational replacement of the PPQ. That doesn't mean you need a new gun, just that a newer and improved model has replace it.

@@GBGuns I see, and I also didn't catch before that the PPQ mags will fit with the compact version. That's very nice to hear.

Id love to be able to make it out to Front sight someday if i could afford it. I first heard about it on Republic Broadcasting network and i really want to go. I've got the same problem with the slide lock on my p320 x compact and would love to have one of these in my rotation. I have yet to now a Walther but I'm really intrigued by this and the ppq.

The timing is because they had a release date. Didn’t want the info out til they were ready for rollout. Also, Walther doesn’t really get pushed in the states. Wonder why? Find out who their importer/distributor is.
