This is exactly what I came here to say. So many years later after watching The Shield I would just randomly think about his character Shane. Not even necessarily key moments, but more just the feeling of the character generally. His perspective on not wanting to play stereotypical Southern roles as it sells out his heritage speaks to me on a deep level too. And that came through in his performances in The Shield, Justified, and many others.

Love how slow-paced his recollections are. A lot of these videos seem to rush through different works where in this one, he takes his time discussing a few, particular films/shows. Walton Goggins is one of barely a handful of actors that I can watch and truly feel like his characters are real. Jon Bernthal when he was getting tortured in punisher and Riz Ahmed when he is meeting Saw Gerrera in Rogue One gave me the same feelings. He is seriously underrated as an actor

I don't think a Fallout fan of 25 years could have fit the hardcore, gritty and witty western role into such a chaotic show based of an even more absurd universe.
