Totally agree that these tires should be directional. The new Bighorns 1.0s don't have the white lettering anymore, which allows you to mount them either side. I've just got then installed today. The dealer was arguing with me that it makes no difference, but it does to me, and I've had them install them with the treads facing the same ditection. Super smooth ride! Love the Bighorns!

Tires work in reverse and forwards.so they need traction in both directions

These tires are non-directional. They are a clone of the Bighorn original which have white letters on one side only. In order to mount the bighorns so they are directional, one side of your bike would have white letters while the other would have black. The large center lugs alternate but the small ones don't. The orientation of the small lugs will have little to no effect on traction.

Wanda tires are a good buy only if you’re broke, needing something temporary while you’re good tires are shipping or to swap out to sell your machine if you plan to keep your old tires.

Yes it is a bike. The same way I unicycle is a bike. A bicycle is a bike. A motorcycle is a bike. Bike is a universal term by cycle means too wheels can mean one, two, three or 50 etc
