No. Agatha didnt have all wandas power thats why she do the final blow (magic) to kill wanda and release all of her magic but you know, the runes are there so yeah she is unable to do that.

Its fun to see how she grows more powerfull each appearance like in infinity war she bearly stood against proxima midnight but now shes 1v1 ing thanos and actually making him reign fire and in the show she caused a nexus event so big even kang had to stop and take it sll in slowly in that scene when he talked with loki. Like she is on and dark pheonix level, almost, but shell get there.

Only reason Wanda defeated Agatha was because she used runes disabling Agatha’s ability to use magic in the hex that was knowledge not power

Also, Wanda is already the most powerful character in the entire marvel even when she was not the Scarlet Witch. Forget about being herself, her most basic form outclasses Strange in his top tier. (Ebony Maw rendered him passive with his telekinesis and had a hard time fighting Thanos alone, and needed Guardians and thie rhelp to save his weak a$$. Wanda, on the other hand was powerful enough to generate immense amount of energy to tank space stone meanwhile destroying the mindstone, nearest to killing thanos in Endgame. It's always been proven that Wanda's raw powers >>>>>> any 2 kaudi ka sorcerer you take the name of.

In beginning of movie she almost got killed and saved by bunch of avengers even in last if movie she was dead if not for black widow. So technically Dr strange strugglled against most powerful member of black order while Wanda couldn't hope to beat weakest black order in whole movie.

If you watch avengers infinity war there was a scene when guardians of the galaxy rescue thor from space and then when thor was asleep he woke up and told a machine that he was the strongest avenger and machine told that he was wrong so that makes us Clear that wanda is more powerful than thor may be u think thor is stronger
