Let me clear some stuff up. A lot of people are saying that I used mods in this video. "Police outfit, Walls, Taser, FIB car online" The police outfits in the middle of the video were used from the 4 player heist set up. Which is also how we got inside the police station. Literally all interior shots are accessible online. The FIB car was used by creating death matches in the job creator. Most of the scenes were set up in the job creator. Which is how I got to have so many of the same cars like in the intro. The last scene had two cops and one had a taser. They had the cop outfits saved as an outfit from when the glitch wasn't patched. The Taser just happened to be on him at the time of filming. (In gta online modders usually give weapons to other players and or take their ammo) So I thought having him get shot with the taser would be better than just having him hold his hands up. But in all honesty the Taser doesn't have any baring on the video as a whole. Many hours went into the video's creation and a lot of random people took time out of their days to help me film. I appreciate the likes and I'm sorry to anyone who feels that I didn't deserve to win. And I'm sorry to everyone who put a lot of work in to make their own entries and didn't win. Lets just keep making videos and having fun because that's what this is all about.

Having played around with the Rockstar Editor, I can only imagine what a massive undertaking it was to create this video, especially since, although attainable without hacks or mods, you have to workaround the system to get things like police uniforms and vehicles into your video shots. I have yet to see the runners up vids, but I'm sure they did an equally good job. The most important thing that the "critics" of this creation need to understand is that Little Dragon, the band that made the song had a specific vision and direction the wanted their video in the contest to look like and ultimately they had a hand in deciding the winner.

I was actually a part of the team of people who decided on the winning video, and although this was a contest for people across PC, PS4, & XboxOne, the judges only viewed PC video entries. Rockstar really wanted a video that showcased the PC graphics. The console videos were never viewed by judges.

Does Rockstar forget the amount of dedication that the consoles have had for GTA V? Give them a chance to win a video contest. Game was born on the consoles. The extra FPS on PC videos reveal how much the gameplay is lacking. I see the GRAPHICS. I see the FPS. I don't see superior GAMEPLAY. Controllers are what let you PLAY GTA V to the fullest extent. GTA is a console franchise. Playing GTA V with a cold keyboard and a greasy mouse is not immersive. Exactly what feedback do you get from a keyboard lol. I like what the console players make in the R* editor. They play the game correctly and don't take shortcuts to win video contests. The PC community is uncanny and filthy.

Hmm. I can appreciate the skill and effort that went in to making this video, and I like that it's trying to create a story, but I find it too cluttered-feeling and don't feel that it fits the audio track. Personally, I think something less story-like and more visual would have suited it more. Something showcasing the scenery and nightlife. The track sounds like something that would more suit the background for the entire city of LS and all it's inner-workings, from the gangs to the celebrities. But congrats on your win regardless, it seems well deserved simply based on the amount of effort expended.

+Azael X The band and Rockstar came up with a general idea that the contestants had to follow. In this instance it was a double agent that works for once agency, and then turns at the end to reveal that they have been working with the opposition the entire time. They video needed to showcase this either the length of the song, or with a little extra time with Foley breaks. If the video wasn't so cluttered it wouldn't be able to get the message across. He did great IMO.

The Cop outfits in the end were my friends who still had the outfit glitch before they patched it. And when it comes to the audio, everything was shifted so almost all the musical timing was thrown away with the render. But we had fun making it and that's all that really matters right? I cant control who they made the winner

All the talk about using glitches and the like are pointless because from the standpoint of this being a music video that is all irrelevant. But the fact the camera moves in, what looks like, every single shot is completely disorientating. I think it even made me a little motion sick. I can see this was clearly chosen on it's narrative, I might even go as far as to say it was also chosen because it encompasses unique areas/selling points of this game. I don't want to be one of the guys hating on the choice of winner, I'm sorry for that, but some of the others really did a good job. A couple of them even finding a nice art style that actually works in the Rockstar Editor.

Rockstar still hasn't added the Police Outfit in Online to be able to buy like why. I mean in this video it even shows how it could be used like in music videos or other Rockstar Editor videos... Even in roleplay it could be used or for some cool outfits players can make :D
