On September 18, a businessman called Cai Yunfeng from Gansu Province, China, in his real name on Sina Weibo (a Chinese microblogging website www.weibo.com), reported Yao Yuan, Executive Deputy Director of the Public Security Bureau of Gansu Province. In his report letter of more than 20,000 words, dozens of government officials were involved, ranging from Secretary of Provincial Committee to Section-level officials, and you can see the first and last name of each official, even the mobile phone numbers of some officials. On September 20, Cai Yunfeng's report letter was deleted, since then, he has been out of touch.
Is his report letter true? Why did he report? Why are so few businessmen against corruption? Is it useful to go against it?
