The thing I love about Placido Domingo's singing is the even Pitch from top to bottom. You don't hear any "Switch" from one "Register" to the next. He negotiates the Tenor "Passaggio" better than any singer of his generation.

I'm one of those fans that have criticized Domingo often, and have said that he was a fair to good tenor at times. However I must say that I really enjoyed his Core N'grato here. COLORING THE VOICE , EXPRESSING TENDERNESS ,MEZZA VOCE and then excellent dynamics. bRAVO

MERCEDES PASTOR FA 22-JUNIO-2009 Creo que existe una discusion sobre la tesitura de la voz de Plácido Domingo. Yo creo que es lirico-spinto y algo dramático , porque en la ópera Otelo es un tenor dramático. Es muy versátil y a mi me conmociona oirlo.
