It's always handy to have some ideas for activities in your teachers 'back pocket' to pull out when you have a few minutes to fill, or want a change of pace. This is a simple one but it's useful practice and adaptable to any level and any topic of your class. Try it out and let me know in the comments how it goes.
If you like this, there are a whole raft of other FREE activities like it on my site here - hope you like them. www.elt-traini...

Hi there. Great idea to fill the gap. As far as I'm concerned, during the intensive month of CELTA, time management was my nightmare and it was always on the list of my personal aims hahahhhh. During eight teaching practices I fee that I owe students 40 minutes on aggregate hahaha. Many thanks for brilliant ideas and continuous support.

Goodness, how lovely to see you dear Dr Jo,I've been waiting to see you. Well,I see a very victorious look on your face n self,as if something , may be a wish has come true as extended happiness. ........... The merriment on your cheeks is extra ordinarily expressed than before. Also, have done a facial,..skin is shiny too, wow, good on you! Now,the topic today on ' travel's is lovely. Learners love to talk about such happenings. The lesson today can keep them engaged as in active participation. You are the best ELT Professor ever! I guess we can also give a ' star' for those who ask clear questions and so everyone gets the chance., lovely engaging method by you, thank you so much ever for sharing your knowledge as you are always ' The Sage on Stage'. My dearest Professor Jo, I wish you a fantastic 2024 n nay all your dreams come true! Cheers! Fiona Rodrigo Sri Lanka
