Please think about putting a strip of wood in front of each shelf to prevent jars falling, ie: earthquake, accidentally banging into the shelf, etc. could also use strong long bungee cords in front and short bungee cords on the sides of shelves. Love your shelves.

I just wanted to say i appreciate you doing something so special for childhood cancer, i lost my little brother to cancer 3 years ago he fought and fought but unfortunately didn’t win his battle, i personally think making a donation to St.Judes Children’s Hospital would be amazing because they really helped us they relocated us to TN so my brother could get the care he needed they provided everything for us, they have such a special place in my heart because they truly did everything they could, they even hold remembrance memorials for the children every year which I think is so special.

Amy i love your new shelving & you have lots of room to do more canning ! The green beans & other items looked so good . I was moved that you are raising money for cancer awareness for children. That's a very special cause!! My brother a couple years ago passed away with after effects of Colon Cancer it was so sad & just this past July his wife my sweet Sisternlaw was diagnosed within a week of full body Cancer it was heart breaking, I loss the two of them under 65 years old . I know their with God now in Heaven & other love ones . I was so moved that you decided to raise money for the little children . God bless you & your family . Hope one of these days you will be able to ship to Canada !! Hope you sell lots of your products !! they're beautiful

So remember canning for my family, five of us. We had a large garden and my husband hunted. It always felt good that when I made dinner, the food we were eating was what we grew or my husband hunted. We knew what and where it came from. We had two freezers as well. We even converted a closet into a pantry for my canning. So glad to see your husband has a gun safe. You can never be too careful.

Love the shelves for your can goods! Our garden didn’t produce a lot this year but thankful for what we did get. I have built in shelves in our basement and I’m very short so my canned goods go on the shelves from my shoulders down. I love watching anyone can, it’s certainly a labor of love! My question is, have you thought about securing the shelves to the wall, just in case, your adorable little boy can’t pull the shelves down on him and you may have already and I didn’t see it. Thanks for supporting childhood cancer. We’re going through this and have gone through this in the past and it can make you strong or just beat you down. Love your channel!!

I would add maybe bungee cord to sides so jars dont slide off the sides, hang a curtain to preserve it more. I'm jealous of your canning skills.

I hate to but I am going to ask a stupid question. You are putting you canned fruits & veggies, etc in the garage in glass jars. Will they survive below freezing temperatures this winter or is you garage heated maybe? You have a fantastic selection of canned goods for this winter.. I may try to do some this next year.
