Want Diamonds? Need Gravel? Probe with this to find it!

Planning to dig for diamonds in that secret spot at The Crater of Diamonds where all the big diamonds hide? How do you know where that is? Just dig? Guess? No, probe for gravel seams. I was gifted a probe that has been put through it's paces, and I am going to introduce it in this video.

I am thinking about pre-spraying a probe with "PAM" prior to searching next time, especially now that it is hot. Heck, it works on everything else, eh?

Thats where the difference between stainless and black steel comes in. The stainless will slide a bit easier.

Could you use a posthole digger to get to gravel after you probe it? Without out having to dig a big hole to get to it.

You could, but it would be very difficult to get a good amount out to run. Sometimes, the gravel is only inches thick, and some skill is needed to only harvest the good stuff. I have seen people use them, and it may be good to just do a test on the gravel you find
