Tilting the head increases blood flow to the scalp. A lot of Indian women practicing massaging their scalp with their head inverted for a few minutes. It's not necessary but it helps boost hair growth for sure!

I use mine every day and I don’t wash it out I wash my hair every two weeks. However if you feel that’s too excessive you can apply it once a week depending on how your scalp feels

Well your hair grows from the roots so I would strongly recommend putting the oil at the roots where your hair grows now as far as styling I just do twist and twist outs because that’s what I prefer but you can do whatever style you want to as long as it is a low manipulation style with no tension

@@KylaLatrice I’m a guy and I use all of Mielle products, the rosemary line…shampoo, leave in conditioner, rosemary oil, then a small small amount of grease to seal it in. I used to have dry scabs on my scalp and Mielle has been heaven sent.

It is meant to be used more like a masque if it weighs your hair down. I use it a few hours before I shower and rinse it out with a good shampoo.

It works for hair growth but not for split and damage unfortunately for the damage you would have to cut it when you are ready holding onto damage hair does more damage than good but the oil does work as far as hair growth but you won’t see growth in a week a lot of people think when they use the oil they will see inches in a week and that’s not how it works
