4C hair here...Henna your hair, deep condition your hair, dust the ends regularly and I use grease to seal. Yes, GREASE. My hair is beautiful, full and getting longer. Oh yeah, make the fenugreek seed oil guys, it thickens your hair.

Sable 711 hi Sadie, she has a video where she suggest that you put the MSM in your oil, and a apply it to the root of your hair only!!!! Then massage it in, because it is very drying. Msm can dry out your hair, for most naturals, so you would get a separate container for the one with the msm not to apply on at the root/scalp, be sure to massage it in so the follicles will open and receive the oil with the msm. That's where your get your growth from. Hope this helps!🌸🌹❤️

I think is going to be a great series and much appreciated. I’m a new subie, I gave up on the hair long journey after doing a big chop in 12/2015- stopped relaxing was twa & managed to get to BSL by 9/2018. But due to excessive straightening , wash n go’s & eco styler plus I’m low p..it lacked moisture and broke off. So here I am chopped again April and am ready to start again this time for health& length. Looking forward to learning and re- journeying to healthy long hair 😊.
