I have been living here on the westcoast of Florida for the past 26 years. My husband and I love boating and always lived on the water here. We have only boarded up our house twice…just to give an idea of any threatening hurricanes. I love Florida, the lifestyle and the mood it puts me in every day. Feel very blessed!

That is the most boring, cookie cutter, overpriced home that I could imagine. I lived in Florida for 30 years. The house that we built on an acre back then was SO much more interesting and upgraded.

I appreciate your thoughts. Everyone has their own opinion. Florida is so diverse. That's what I love about it. For the past 26 years, I've enjoyed living in different areas. I happen to live here and enjoy the amenities offered along with the wonderful neighbors but the best part is being so incredibly close to the beach. This home went under contract in 17 days.

I’ve owned and sold premium properties in Florida . 3 condos, 2 houses and a business. This is just an example of how extreme this market is when this sold in 17 days. Wire shelves and all. The bubble is going to pop!
