What an important topic!!! I am watching this during we are in lockdown during the regulation the government made between 2020 and 2022. There are character strength that are forbidden right now, like going out and socialize with people. This also includes hugging and kissing people, going out and experience life and so on.Many of the strengths cannot be lived right now. Especially in year three I realize how much this impact us and depression, suicidal attempts and division between families, friends and people came into our lives. It is time to change this, since, as said in this video not living our character strengths weakens us an we cannot live our full capacity and even less we can grow personally.

Being aware of our character strengths and using them to reach our highest potential is indispensable. We are always adjusting and progressing with life’s constant changes at every age, and so a noticeable difference in my personal VIA Survey of Character Strengths from just 5-years ago altered my top strength outcomes. The ranking of overall character strengths revealed top of Honesty, Kindness, Love, Humor, Spirituality, Love of Learning, Gratitude, etc., and so I purchased the online VIA Total 24 Report for science-based practices to achieve greater self-awareness and find ways to use other character strengths more often. It’ll be helpful to focus on developing strengths, as you say, “our strengths help us to shine brighter,” which will attract even more positive energy to endure the inevitable hurdles toward life's goals. Thank you for sharing yet another offering for us to achieve health and well-being!
